Fast paced college plan to get your AA degree with as high a GPA as possible.

This plan is designed around four goals:

Bottom-Line Strategy

The strongest version of this plan uses 42 CLEP credits and only 18 Valencia classroom credits. That keeps the in-person or online course load relatively light while still leaving enough Valencia residency credits for the A.A.

CLEP Category: 42 Credits

These CLEP exams are the most efficient choices because they either satisfy A.A. general education requirements, count toward elective space, or help with lower-division business preparation for BASBOL.

Notes

If you can, it's better to take 2 years of a foreign language in high school to satisfy the foreign language requirement, you may even be able to take CLEP exams in high school for free. If you expect an A in a subject like English, you should take the class rather than CLEP.

Class Coursework Category: 18 Credits

The College side can be trimmed to just six 3-credit classes. The goal here is to choose lighter, broadly useful courses and avoid unnecessary difficulty where possible.

Why These Valencia Classes Make Sense

Recommended Pacing

To keep the course load light, the cleanest structure is two Valencia classes per term across three terms.

Before Starting Valencia Classes

Complete as many of the CLEP exams as possible, ideally all 42 credits.

Best Final Version

If the goal is to get into BASBOL with the fewest heavier classes possible, this is the best version of the plan: use CLEP for both macroeconomics and microeconomics, push business law, management, and marketing into CLEP as well, and keep the Valencia side focused on communication, the required computer course, intro business, SLS, and the easiest electives available.

Once you do all this, you can enroll into the Valencia BASBOL program and work towards your bachelors. All of these classes and CLEP exams should be available at Valencia (CLEP exams taken at UCF to my knowledge) and you may decide to go to law school after (I suggest FAMU Law.)
